Refund Policy

• By engaging services for Tutor Time, you are agreeing to the following refund policy.
• Client is entitled to a full refund if cancellation is made before engagement of the first English Tutoring service, but at least 24 hours cancellation notice must be giving either in writing or verbally over the phone.
• Due to the nature of the work, no refunds are offered after the work has started already and this includes the offering of pro-rated refunds.
• Tutor Time offers nontangible irrevocable services and does not issue refunds once the services are complete. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing services from Tutor Time.
